The genesis of Squids Brewing Co started back in 1999 at the SunnyGlen in Sydney, Australia. It was the usual story of the home brewer: quantity over quality. One can of brewers wort, 1kg of white sugar, generic yeast and voila. There was no such thing as hops or bespoke brewers yeast.
Fast forward 20 years and it's a different story. Quality over quantity. Boutique hops and yeast. Keg system over bottles. Quality, quality, quality.
